{"id":465,"date":"2023-06-04T11:10:27","date_gmt":"2023-06-04T11:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/?p=465"},"modified":"2023-09-21T05:09:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-21T05:09:35","slug":"butterfly-cakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/04\/butterfly-cakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Butterfly Cakes Recipes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200&nbsp;g&nbsp;unsalted butter&nbsp;softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200&nbsp;g&nbsp;caster sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;vanilla extract&nbsp;or essence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4&nbsp;eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200&nbsp;g (1 \u2153 cups)&nbsp;self raising flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd&nbsp;cup (160g)&nbsp;jam&nbsp;raspberry or strawberry (or your choice)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300&nbsp;ml&nbsp;cream&nbsp;thickened, heavy or whipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>icing sugar&nbsp;to dust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius (fan-forced).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place cupcake cases into the holes of a 12-hole muffin tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the butter, caster sugar, salt and vanilla extract into a bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat together with a stand-mixer or hand-held beaters until pale and fluffy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the eggs one at a time and continue to beat until well combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift in the self raising flour and stir with a spoon until just combined (don&#8217;t over combine).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the cupcake mixture into the cupcake cases &#8211; filling them to \u2154 full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and when they spring back when touched in the centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave cupcakes in the baking trays for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using beaters or a stand mixer, whip the cream until firm. Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut a small round circle in the middle of each cupcakes. Cut each of the circles in half.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a teaspoon of jam into the cupcake hole. Top with whipped cream and two of the circle halves (to resemble butterfly wings).
