{"id":2246,"date":"2024-03-11T19:09:35","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T19:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/?p=2246"},"modified":"2024-03-11T19:13:05","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T19:13:05","slug":"greek-salmon-salad-bowls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/11\/greek-salmon-salad-bowls\/","title":{"rendered":"GREEK SALMON SALAD BOWLS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1&nbsp;pound salmon filets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fine sea salt and freshly-cracked black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon&nbsp;olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ounces&nbsp;fresh arugula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;large red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>half of an&nbsp;English cucumber, sliced into bite-sized pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>half of a&nbsp;small red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\/3 cup&nbsp;roasted pepitas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup&nbsp;crumbled feta cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;batch&nbsp;Everyday Dressing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;avocado, sliced or diced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cook the salmon.&nbsp;<\/strong>Season the salmon with a few generous pinches of salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick saut\u00e9 pan. Place the salmon filets flesh-side down and cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Flip and cook the other side for about 2-4 more minutes, until the salmon reaches your desired level of doneness and flakes easily with a fork. (Cooking time will also depend on the thickness of the salmon.) Transfer salmon to a clean plate and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toss.&nbsp;<\/strong>Combine the arugula, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, pepitas, feta and cooked salmon in a large mixing bowl.
