{"id":1646,"date":"2023-10-12T09:31:13","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T09:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/?p=1646"},"modified":"2023-10-12T09:31:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-12T09:31:16","slug":"crockpot-vegetable-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cake.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/12\/crockpot-vegetable-lasagna\/","title":{"rendered":"Crockpot Vegetable Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2153 cup&nbsp;basil, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 oz container&nbsp;ricotta cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp&nbsp;ground pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 oz jar&nbsp;pasta sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lb box&nbsp;lasagna noodles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz&nbsp;mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;small zucchini, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;small yellow squash, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups&nbsp;spinach, roughly chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 oz&nbsp;mozzarella, grated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz&nbsp;fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parmesan, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium bowl combine the basil, ricotta, eggs, salt, garlic powder and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a\u00a05 qt crock pot\u00a0spread \u00bc cup of pasta sauce and top with a single layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Follow by spreading \u2153 of the ricotta mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next layer a third of each kind of vegetable (mushroom, zucchini and yellow squash) and top with \u2153 of the chopped spinach and then \u2153 of the grated mozzarella. Lastly, layer with 1\/4 of remaining sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting with the dried lasagna, repeat all of the above steps two more times.
