Ingredients:
- 1 ounce brewed coffee (preferably cold brew or espresso)
- 1 ounce bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Method:
- In a mixing glass, combine the brewed coffee, bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
