Siphon Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 20g of ground coffee (medium grind)
    • 300ml of water
  • Instructions:
    1. Fill the bottom chamber of the siphon with water and place it on a heat source (like a burner).
    2. Attach the top chamber to the bottom and add the ground coffee to the filter.
    3. As the water heats up, it will rise into the upper chamber, where the coffee grounds are steeped.
    4. Once the water has passed through the coffee, remove the heat and let the brewed coffee flow back down to the bottom chamber.
    5. Serve and enjoy the elegant brew!
