- Ingredients:
- 20g of ground coffee (medium grind)
- 300ml of water
- Instructions:
- Fill the bottom chamber of the siphon with water and place it on a heat source (like a burner).
- Attach the top chamber to the bottom and add the ground coffee to the filter.
- As the water heats up, it will rise into the upper chamber, where the coffee grounds are steeped.
- Once the water has passed through the coffee, remove the heat and let the brewed coffee flow back down to the bottom chamber.
- Serve and enjoy the elegant brew!
