- Ingredients:
- 20g of freshly ground coffee (medium grind)
- 300ml of water (around 200°F or 93°C)
- Instructions:
- Place a filter in the V60 dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
- Add the ground coffee to the filter.
- Slowly pour the hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and working your way out. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring in small circles until you’ve added all the water.
- Let the coffee drain completely. Serve and enjoy!
