Nitro Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (use a dark roast or cold brew blend)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Ice cubes
  • Nitro dispenser or whipped cream dispenser (with nitrogen canister)

Method:

  1. Cold Brew Preparation:
    • In a jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee with water.
    • Stir to mix, then cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
    • Strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  2. Nitrogen Infusion:
    • Pour the cold brew into the nitro coffee dispenser.
    • Charge it with a nitrogen canister and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour the nitrogen-infused cold brew over ice in a glass. It will have a smooth, creamy foam on top.
