Ingredients:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (use a dark roast or cold brew blend)
- 4 cups filtered water
- Ice cubes
- Nitro dispenser or whipped cream dispenser (with nitrogen canister)
Method:
- Cold Brew Preparation:
- In a jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee with water.
- Stir to mix, then cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
- Strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
- Nitrogen Infusion:
- Pour the cold brew into the nitro coffee dispenser.
- Charge it with a nitrogen canister and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Serve:
- Pour the nitrogen-infused cold brew over ice in a glass. It will have a smooth, creamy foam on top.
