Mocha Latte with Star Art

Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso
- 6 oz steamed milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
Technique: Star Art
- Instructions:
  1. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into your cup.
  2. Steam the milk to a creamy texture.
  3. Mix chocolate syrup with the espresso to create the mocha base.
  4. Pour the milk into the center of the espresso and then use a fine tool (or even the tip of the steamed milk) to carefully create the points of a star.
- Tip: The key to perfecting this design is to be patient while creating the clean, sharp lines of the star.
