Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 ½ ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (or to taste)
- Freshly whipped cream (or heavy cream)
Method:
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
- Pour the coffee into a heatproof glass or mug.
- Add the Irish whiskey and brown sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Top with a dollop of freshly whipped cream, ensuring it floats on top (don’t stir).
- Serve and sip slowly.
