Cold Brew Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 50g of coarsely ground coffee
    • 500ml of cold or room-temperature water
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine the coarsely ground coffee with water in a jar or large container.
    2. Stir the mixture to ensure all grounds are soaked.
    3. Cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
    4. After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the grounds.
    5. Serve over ice and enjoy.
