- Steam the milk until it’s smooth and velvety, with microfoam (about 150°F).
- Pour the milk gently into the espresso, starting in the center and gradually working outward.
- As you reach the end of your pour, pull the milk through the center to form a heart shape.
- Tip: To perfect this design, practice controlling the pour and pressure of the milk.
