Classic Latte with Heart Art

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 6 oz steamed milk
  • Technique: Heart Art
    • Instructions:
      1. Brew the espresso and pour it into a cup.
      2. Steam the milk until it’s smooth and velvety, with microfoam (about 150°F).
      3. Pour the milk gently into the espresso, starting in the center and gradually working outward.
      4. As you reach the end of your pour, pull the milk through the center to form a heart shape.
    • Tip: To perfect this design, practice controlling the pour and pressure of the milk.
