Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ground Vietnamese coffee
- 2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1-2 tbsp lotus seeds (can be found in Asian grocery stores)
- Hot water
Instructions:
- Brew strong Vietnamese coffee (5-10 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, boil lotus seeds until soft (10-15 minutes). You can also use lotus seed paste.
- Add sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
- Pour in the brewed coffee and mix with lotus seeds.
- Stir well before drinking.
