Vietnamese Lotus Seed Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ground Vietnamese coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-2 tbsp lotus seeds (can be found in Asian grocery stores)
  • Hot water

Instructions:

  1. Brew strong Vietnamese coffee (5-10 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, boil lotus seeds until soft (10-15 minutes). You can also use lotus seed paste.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
  4. Pour in the brewed coffee and mix with lotus seeds.
  5. Stir well before drinking.
