- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Instructions:
- Rinse the filter in your pour-over cone with hot water.
- Add the coffee grounds to the filter.
- Add vanilla extract to the hot water.
- Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, allowing the coffee to bloom, and continue to pour in circular motions.
- Stir the brewed coffee slightly to ensure the vanilla is well mixed.
