Vanilla Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Instructions:
    1. Rinse the filter in your pour-over cone with hot water.
    2. Add the coffee grounds to the filter.
    3. Add vanilla extract to the hot water.
    4. Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, allowing the coffee to bloom, and continue to pour in circular motions.
    5. Stir the brewed coffee slightly to ensure the vanilla is well mixed.
