Turkish black Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • Finely ground Turkish coffee
    • Cold water
    • Sugar (optional)
  • Instructions:
    • Add 1-2 teaspoons of Turkish coffee per 3 oz of cold water into a cezve.
    • Add sugar (if desired) and stir well.
    • Place the cezve over low heat and bring it to a boil. When it foams, remove it from the heat, then return it to the heat and repeat 2-3 times.
    • Pour into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle.
