- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee (e.g., Loumidis)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, adjust based on taste)
- 60 ml cold water
- Instructions:
- In a briki (traditional small coffee pot), mix the coffee, sugar, and cold water. Stir to dissolve the coffee and sugar.
- Place the briki over low heat. Stir occasionally until foam begins to form. Once it starts bubbling, remove from heat.
- Let it settle for a moment, then return it to the heat and repeat the process 2-3 times.
- Pour the coffee into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle.
