Swedish Egg Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp finely ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • Sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg and mix it with the ground coffee and cold water.
  2. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water and pour it over the coffee-egg mixture.
  3. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the coffee and serve hot, adding sugar if desired.
