Pour Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • Ground coffee (medium to fine grind)
    • Hot water
  • Instructions:
    • Place a filter in your pour-over cone and set it over your mug or carafe.
    • Add coffee grounds (1-2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water).
    • Slowly pour hot water in a circular motion over the grounds, allowing it to bloom (pause for 30 seconds).
    • Continue pouring in a slow, steady stream until all the water has passed through.
