- Ingredients:
- Ground coffee (medium to fine grind)
- Hot water
- Instructions:
- Place a filter in your pour-over cone and set it over your mug or carafe.
- Add coffee grounds (1-2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water).
- Slowly pour hot water in a circular motion over the grounds, allowing it to bloom (pause for 30 seconds).
- Continue pouring in a slow, steady stream until all the water has passed through.
