- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- Zest from 1/2 an orange
- Instructions:
- Add the coffee grounds to the pour-over filter.
- Sprinkle the orange zest on top of the coffee grounds.
- Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, allowing it to bloom.
- Stir the brewed coffee to evenly distribute the citrus flavor.
