Orange Zest Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • Zest from 1/2 an orange
  • Instructions:
    1. Add the coffee grounds to the pour-over filter.
    2. Sprinkle the orange zest on top of the coffee grounds.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, allowing it to bloom.
    4. Stir the brewed coffee to evenly distribute the citrus flavor.
