- Ingredients:
- Coarse ground coffee
- Cold water
- Instructions:
- Brew cold brew coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours (1:4 coffee-to-water ratio).
- Strain the coffee through a fine mesh or coffee filter.
- Transfer the cold brew into a nitro coffee keg or use a nitro coffee infuser.
- Serve the nitro cold brew in a glass, and it will have a smooth, creamy texture with a foamy head.
