Maple Syrup Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Instructions:
    1. Add the coffee grounds to the filter.
    2. Pour hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion to allow blooming.
    3. Add maple syrup to the brewed coffee after it drips through.
    4. Stir well to mix the syrup into the coffee.
