- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 60 ml cold water
- 2-3 drops of rosewater
- Instructions:
- Combine the coffee, sugar, and cold water in the briki. Stir to dissolve the coffee and sugar.
- Heat over low heat until foam begins to form. Remove from the heat, allow to settle, then return to the heat.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Add the rosewater just before serving, and pour into a small cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
