Greek Coffee with Orange Blossom Water

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
    • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
    • 60 ml cold water
    • 2-3 drops of orange blossom water
  • Instructions:
    • Combine the coffee, sugar, and cold water in the briki, stirring to dissolve.
    • Heat over low heat until foam begins to form. Remove from heat, allow to settle, then return to the heat.
    • Repeat this process 2-3 times, then add orange blossom water before serving.
    • Pour the coffee into a small cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
