- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 60 ml cold water
- Instructions:
- In the briki, add the coffee and cold water, stirring to combine. Place over low heat.
- When foam begins to form, remove from heat and allow it to settle.
- Add the honey to the coffee after the second heating and mix gently.
- Repeat the process 2-3 times, then pour into a small cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
