Cuban Espresso Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of strong Cuban espresso (preferably Café Bustelo or Pilon)
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)

Instructions:

  • Brew a shot of Cuban espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop Moka pot.
  • While the espresso is brewing, add the sugar to your coffee cup.
  • Once the espresso is ready, pour it over the sugar and stir vigorously until it forms a creamy, sweet foam.
