Ingredients:
- 1 shot of strong Cuban espresso (preferably Café Bustelo or Pilon)
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
Instructions:
- Brew a shot of Cuban espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop Moka pot.
- While the espresso is brewing, add the sugar to your coffee cup.
- Once the espresso is ready, pour it over the sugar and stir vigorously until it forms a creamy, sweet foam.
