- Ingredients:
- 1 shot of Cuban espresso (cooled)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Instructions:
- Brew the espresso and allow it to cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled espresso, banana, milk, and honey/sugar. Add ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
