Cuban Coffee Smoothie

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of Cuban espresso (cooled)
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
    • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional)
    • Ice cubes
  • Instructions:
    • Brew the espresso and allow it to cool.
    • In a blender, combine the cooled espresso, banana, milk, and honey/sugar. Add ice cubes.
    • Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
