Cuban Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
  • Instructions:
    • Brew a shot of Cuban espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop Moka pot.
    • While the espresso is brewing, add sugar to your coffee cup.
    • Once the espresso is brewed, pour it over the sugar and stir vigorously until it forms a creamy, sweet foam.
