- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- Instructions:
- Place a filter in your pour-over cone and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
- Add the coffee grounds to the filter.
- Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, starting from the center and spiraling outward, wetting all the grounds evenly.
- Let the coffee drip through. Pour the remaining water in increments, allowing the coffee to bloom and drip evenly.
