- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Instructions:
- Add the coffee grounds to the pour-over filter.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the coffee grounds.
- Slowly pour hot water over the coffee grounds, starting in the center and spiraling outward.
- Let the coffee drip through and stir the brewed coffee to evenly distribute the cinnamon flavor.
