Cinnamon Spice Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Instructions:
    1. Add the coffee grounds to the pour-over filter.
    2. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the coffee grounds.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee grounds, starting in the center and spiraling outward.
    4. Let the coffee drip through and stir the brewed coffee to evenly distribute the cinnamon flavor.
