Cardamom Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Instructions:
    1. Place the coffee grounds in the pour-over filter.
    2. Add ground cardamom over the coffee grounds.
    3. Pour the hot water in circular motions, allowing the coffee to bloom and drip evenly.
    4. Stir the brewed coffee to ensure the cardamom is mixed evenly.
