Cafe Cubano with Coconut Milk

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of Cuban espresso
    • 100 ml coconut milk (or more, depending on preference)
    • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
  • Instructions:
    • Brew a shot of Cuban espresso.
    • Steam the coconut milk until hot and frothy.
    • Pour the espresso into a cup, top with coconut milk, and stir in sugar.
