Butter Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
  • 10 oz hot water (200°F)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (or coconut oil)

Instructions:

  1. Brew the coffee in your French Press with the desired amount of coarsely ground coffee and hot water.
  2. Once the coffee is ready, pour it into a blender.
  3. Add the butter and MCT oil to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until the coffee becomes frothy and creamy.
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
