Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese ground coffee (robusta)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 scoops coconut ice cream
- Ice cubes
- Hot water
Steps:
- Brew Coffee: Brew strong Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter.
- Mix with Condensed Milk: While the coffee is still hot, mix it with sweetened condensed milk.
- Serve Over Ice: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the sweetened coffee over.
- Top with Ice Cream: Place 2 scoops of coconut ice cream on top of the coffee.
- Stir and Serve: Stir to melt the ice cream into the coffee, creating a rich, creamy drink.
