Vietnamese Coconut Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese ground coffee (robusta)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk (full-fat)
  • Ice cubes
  • Hot water

Steps:

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew strong Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter.
  2. Mix with Condensed Milk: While the coffee is still hot, mix it with sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add Coconut Milk: Stir in coconut milk for extra creaminess and flavor.
  4. Serve Over Ice: Pour the mixture over ice in a glass.
  5. Stir and Serve: Stir well and enjoy your tropical coffee drink.
