Turkish Coffee with Rose Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose water
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Add Coffee and Water: Add the Turkish coffee and cold water to the cezve.
  2. Add Rose Water: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of rose water along with sugar if desired.
  3. Heat Slowly: Place the cezve over low heat. Stir once to combine, but do not stir while brewing.
  4. Foam and Brew: Let the coffee rise in the cezve, removing it from heat just before it overflows. Repeat 2-3 times.
  5. Serve: Pour into cups, ensuring the foam is evenly distributed. Let the grounds settle.
