Turkish Coffee with Pistachio

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Add Coffee and Pistachios: Place the finely ground coffee and crushed pistachios into the cezve.
  2. Add Water and Sugar: Pour in cold water and sugar if you want it sweetened.
  3. Heat Slowly: Stir the mixture once, then heat the cezve on low heat.
  4. Foam and Brew: When the coffee starts to foam, remove from heat. Return it to heat 2-3 times for the perfect foam.
  5. Serve: Pour the coffee into cups, divide the foam, and let the grounds settle.
