Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Water: Place Turkish coffee and cold water in the cezve.
- Add Orange Blossom Water: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of orange blossom water along with sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Stir to mix the coffee and orange blossom water.
- Foam and Brew: Heat over low heat and remove just before the coffee overflows. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Serve: Pour into cups, dividing the foam, and allow the grounds to settle.
