Turkish Coffee with Orange Blossom Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Add Coffee and Water: Place Turkish coffee and cold water in the cezve.
  2. Add Orange Blossom Water: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of orange blossom water along with sugar if desired.
  3. Heat Slowly: Stir to mix the coffee and orange blossom water.
  4. Foam and Brew: Heat over low heat and remove just before the coffee overflows. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
  5. Serve: Pour into cups, dividing the foam, and allow the grounds to settle.
