Rose Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 6 oz steamed milk
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup (or rose water with simple syrup)
  • Rose petals (for garnish, optional)
  • Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)

Steps:

  1. Brew the Espresso: Brew 1 shot of espresso.
  2. Steam the Milk: Steam 6 oz of milk until smooth and velvety.
  3. Mix the Rose Syrup: Add 1 tbsp of rose syrup to the brewed espresso, or use 1 tbsp rose water combined with 1 tbsp simple syrup for a more delicate flavor.
  4. Combine: Pour the steamed milk into the espresso and rose syrup mixture.
  5. Top (Optional): Garnish with rose petals and crushed pistachios for a beautiful presentation.
