Ristretto on the Rocks

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of Ristretto (15–20ml of water)
  • Ice cubes (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup)

Steps:

  1. Brew the Ristretto: Brew a single ristretto shot (about 15–20ml) using your espresso machine.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour: Pour the hot ristretto shot directly over the ice. The ice will quickly chill the coffee, creating a refreshing, bold drink.
  4. Stir: Stir lightly if you want to mix the flavors, or leave it as is to enjoy the strong coffee flavor with ice.
