Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso
- 6 oz steamed milk
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder with sugar)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (or nutmeg)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Steps:
- Brew the Espresso: Brew 1 shot of espresso.
- Steam the Milk: Steam 6 oz of milk until smooth with a little microfoam.
- Mix Chocolate and Spices: In your cup, add chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder with sugar) and a pinch of cinnamon (or nutmeg, or a dash of cayenne pepper for heat).
- Pour Milk: Pour the steamed milk into the espresso-chocolate-spice mixture, stirring to combine.
- Top (Optional): Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg on top for an added festive touch.
