Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup strong instant coffee (2 teaspoons of instant coffee in 1/2 cup hot water)
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Steps:
- Make Coffee: Prepare strong instant coffee and let it cool.
- Whip Cream: Whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Mix mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Dip Ladyfingers: Briefly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Layer: Spread the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers. Repeat layers.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Dust: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Serve: Enjoy your no-bake instant coffee tiramisu!
