Instant Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener or honey (optional)

Steps:

  1. Dissolve Coffee: In a small amount of hot water, dissolve the instant coffee.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine protein powder, milk or water, ice, and sweetener (if using).
  3. Add Coffee: Pour in the dissolved coffee and blend until smooth.
