Instant Coffee Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 8 oz hot milk (or dairy-free milk)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  1. Dissolve Coffee and Cocoa: In a small amount of hot water (2 oz), dissolve the instant coffee and cocoa powder.
  2. Heat Milk: Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
  3. Combine: Pour the hot milk into the coffee-cocoa mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Sweeten: Add sugar or sweetener if desired, and stir.
  5. Top: Optionally, top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your indulgent mocha.
