Instant Coffee Frappe

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener (optional)

Steps:

  1. Dissolve Coffee: In a small amount of hot water (2 oz), dissolve the instant coffee.
  2. Blend: In a blender, add ice, milk, the dissolved coffee, and sugar (if using).
  3. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy your chilled, creamy frappe.
