Honey Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (or to taste)

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Set up your pour-over dripper and rinse the filter with hot water.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add 1–2 tablespoons of ground coffee to the filter.
  3. Pour Water: Pour hot water slowly in a circular motion, allowing the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds. Then, continue pouring until you’ve used 8 oz of water.
  4. Sweeten: Stir 1–2 tablespoons of honey into the brewed coffee.
  5. Serve: Stir well and enjoy your naturally sweetened pour-over coffee.
