Coconut Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • Coconut milk (to taste)

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Place your filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds.
  3. Pour Water: Slowly pour hot water over the coffee grounds, allowing it to bloom for 30 seconds. Continue pouring until you’ve used 8 oz of water.
  4. Add Coconut Milk: Heat up coconut milk and stir it into your brewed coffee.
  5. Serve: Stir and enjoy the rich, creamy coconut flavor.
