Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese ground coffee (or robusta coffee)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Hot water
Steps:
- Brew Coffee: Brew your strong Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter or any method you prefer.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar (if using) until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Pour the hot brewed coffee into a cup, then gently spoon the egg mixture on top of the coffee.
- Serve: Stir the egg mixture into the coffee just before drinking for a rich, creamy flavor.
