Ingredients:
- 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds (medium grind)
- 8 oz filtered water (about 200°F)
Steps:
- Prepare Your Dripper: Place your pour-over dripper (like a V60) on top of a mug or carafe, and insert a coffee filter.
- Rinse Filter: Pour a little hot water through the filter to rinse it, then discard the water.
- Add Coffee: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds to the filter.
- Pour Water: Start by pouring a small amount of water (about 30-40 grams) to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds. Then, slowly pour the rest of the water in circular motions, adding more as needed until you’ve poured 8 oz of water.
- Serve: Let the coffee drip through, and then serve!
