Ingredients:
- 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
- 8 oz filtered water
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps:
- Prepare Your Dripper: Place your filter in the pour-over dripper.
- Add Cinnamon: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds, and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on top of the grounds.
- Pour Water: Pour hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward, in small increments. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring until you’ve used 8 oz of water.
- Serve: Once brewed, serve immediately and enjoy the spiced aroma.
