Chocolate Turkish Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Add Coffee and Cocoa: Add Turkish coffee and cocoa powder to the cezve.
  2. Add Water and Sugar: Pour in cold water and sugar if desired.
  3. Heat Slowly: Heat the cezve over low heat, stirring once to combine.
  4. Foam and Brew: Allow the coffee to foam, remove from heat just before it overflows, and repeat 2-3 times.
  5. Serve: Pour into cups, divide the foam, and let the grounds settle
