Chocolate Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1–2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Place your filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds & Cocoa: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds and stir in 1–2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
  3. Pour Water: Slowly pour hot water in a circular motion. Let it bloom, then continue pouring until you’ve brewed 8 oz of coffee.
  4. Sweeten: Stir in sugar to taste, if desired.
